All signers must be 18 years or older and be physically present at the time of signing, including any witnesses. Each signer is required to show a current, unexpired government issued photo ID at the time of signing. All documents should be properly and fully filled out prior to notarizing.

Acceptable forms of Identification:

• A New Jersey issued photo drivers license or non-drivers ID card

• A U.S. issued passport

• A foreign passport

• USCIS permanent resident card or "green card"

• U.S. military ID card

• State, county, or local government ID
